This stuff is amazing! I had high blood pressure for 1.5 years from a surgical procedure. I used fish oil and other supplements in an attempt to reduce it. I used this nattokinase for not even a week and it opened up the pipes! My blood pressure was lower than it had ever been even with the meds. So, you may have to monitor your blood pressure as you use this to ensure not to bottom out.

This is so great I so recommend this, I felt the difference within 24 hours, my blood pressure dropping, the ringing in my ears fading. Within two days the swelling in my left leg was gone and the swelling in my right leg was down by 75%. Only time will tell if it cleans the plaque from my arteries, but it feels like it's off to a fantastic start. This is good quality at a reasonable price. I just can't speak highly enough of it. Doctor’s Best is so good I have ordered their serrapeptase as well… I have heard wonderful things about combining the two.

I had a half-inch diameter bump with a small black spot at its peak on my back for decades. When I started taking this, the bump became red and itchy and was totally gone in a week or so. Decades! Then gone.

A nattokinase origin story.

Nattokinase was discovered as a viable nutritional supplement in the 1980s when Dr. Hiroyuki Sumi studied 173 kinds of natural foods in an attempt to find a suitable protease enzyme to support circulatory health. Since then, multiple authors have published scientific studies describing the positive effects natto can have on our heart health.

Suggested Use

Each veggie capsule contains 2,000 fibrinolytic units (FU) of nattokinase. Take one capsule daily, between meals.

The purines are not removed as they are naturally occurring and lower in Doctor's Best Nattokinase than in food.

Natto is produced by a fermentation adding the bacteria Bacillus subtilis to boiled soybeans. The resulting Nattokinase enzyme is produced when Bacillus subtilis acts on the soybeans. While other soy foods contain enzymes, it is only the natto preparation that contains the specific Nattokinase enzyme.

NSK-SD is simply the trademarked name of the nattokinase enzyme that is produced by Japan BioScience Laboratory.

Doctor's Best is committed to using the highest quality Nattokinase manufactured and independently tested at the industry recognized enzyme manufacturing facility, Deerland Enzymes in Kennesaw, Georgia. Nattokinase is the enzyme present in the food Natto that has been regularly consumed in Japan for centuries. This enzyme does not require “protection” through the stomach, etc. The clinicals have all be conducted as non-enteric coated products.

ALL enzymes are measured in enzymatic units. FU is fibrinolytic units, a measure of enzymatic activity.
